The weather is getting nicer but still a bit unpredictable. Here's another HIIT activity you can do indoors to break up the day and get you moving. Don't for get to turn up your favourite tunes and HIIT the floor. Click the link below and make sure you have a safe space to move. The last few weeks have been HIIT workouts. Check out this TABATA workout. You will have some choice of activities for each timed event. Mix it up and create a different workout each day of the week or repeat it multiple times in a workout to give yourself more of a challenge.
