Check out this skipping video.  If you don't have a skipping rope try and find a rope around the house.  You can also get a rope at the dollar store.  Make sure the area around you is clear and safe to begin.  Click on the image below to get started.  Remember if the video is restricted you must logout of goggle classroom for the video to play.
