Workout Wednesday
Welcome to your
Wednesday work out!
Paper Plate Tabata! All you need is a couple of paper plates or pieces of cardboard and a smooth surface and you're ready to go. Try the activity and repeat as often as you can. Remember it's hot out there today so take it slow. You can complete this activity as often as you would like or on any day if today isn't the day. Make sure the area is clear and safe to be active. If you need a break, pause for a minute and stay hydrated. Once you have finished the workout send me a response indicating the workout you chose. Have someone snap a photo or record a short video and send it to me.
